As notified to its users via announcement, our service provider, Bifinity UAB will stop providing services to all of its users as a result of changes in laws and regulations applicable to it, and the Terms of Use of Bifinity UAB will be terminated on 31 December 2025. 2. How will my on-ramp and off-ramp services with local currency be impacted?
Only certain fiat payment methods supporting EEA currencies such as EUR, DKK, PLN, CZK, RON, HUF, CHF, and SEK will be affected. Other local currencies and their payment methods will not be impacted. For the most up-to-date information, please check the real-time payment method displayed on the Binance App or Binance website.
3. Why is Bifinity UAB stopping fiat-related services?
Bifinity UAB will cease providing fiat-related services due to changes in applicable laws and regulations. Consequently, the Terms of Use between Bifinity UAB and its users will be terminated on 31 December 2025 (the Termination Date).
4. What happens to my fiat funds after Bifinity UAB stops services?
Bifinity UAB has nominated regulated replacement service providers to hold fiat funds on your behalf, depending on your location and currency. Your fiat funds will remain safe and fully accessible through your Binance account.
5. Who are the replacement service providers for users in the European Economic Area (EEA)?
Harmoniie SAS (operating under the “Ouitrust” brand), authorized by ACPR in France, will hold funds in EUR and DKK.
UAB ZEN.COM, authorized by the Bank of Lithuania, will hold funds in PLN and other supported currencies.
6. Who is the replacement service provider for users outside the EEA?
BPay Global B.S.C. (c), licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain, will hold fiat funds on behalf of users outside the EEA in supported currencies.
7. Do I need to take any action to continue using these services?

8. How will I be informed about the available payment methods after Bifinity UAB stops services?
Binance will communicate the payment methods that remain available to EEA and Bifinity users via email or inmail together with the notice of termination of Bifinity UAB services.
