Binance Chat User Guide

1. What is Binance Chat?

Binance Chat is an all-in-one social communication feature launched by Binance. It supports both one-to-one chats and group chats, allowing users to connect within Binance, exchange thoughts, share trading strategies and real-time portfolios, and even transfer funds with just one click. Creating a seamless closed-loop experience that integrates trading and social networking.

2. How to access Binance Chat?

• Download or update to the latest version of the Binance App.
• Open the app, tap the Chat widget on the homepage, or quickly search for “Chat” in the search bar.

3. How to add friends on Binance Chat?

• Tap the [+] icon at the top right of the chat page, then [Add Contact].
• You can add friends in the following ways:
  
  • Enter their UID or Chat ID
  • Scan your friend’s Add Friend QR Code

4. How to manage friend requests on Binance Chat?

• Tap the [+] icon at the top right of the chat page to view pending friend requests.
• Choose to Accept or Ignore. Once accepted, you can start private chats or make transfers immediately.

5. What features are available in private chat?

• Send images, videos, and files with one click.
• Zero-fee transfers in USDT, BNB, BTC, and more:
  
  • Select [Transfer] - [Asset] - [Amount] - [Confirm].
• Transfer history can be viewed directly within the chat window, transparent and easy to track.

6. Who can create Group Chats? What features do they have?

All Binance users can freely create group chats! Simply tap the [+] icon at the top right of the chat list to create a group chatroom. This makes it easier to build communities, gather traffic, and drive trading conversions. 

The group chat creation feature is currently in the whitelist phase. To request access, please complete this form. 

Once approved, you can tap the [+] icon at the top right of your chat list to create a group chatroom.

7. What are the requirements for using the chat and transfer features?

For a safe and reliable social environment, users must complete KYC before accessing chat and transfer functions.

8. Can I view chat history?

Yes. Enter any chat (friend or group) from the homepage and scroll up or down to view historical messages and transfer records.

9. How to receive new message notifications?

Enable push notifications in the app settings. The system will alert you instantly when you receive new messages.

10. How to set notes for friends?

Tap your friend’s profile picture in the chat window and go to their profile page. Select [Notes] to set a custom nickname or label, making it easier to manage contacts.
