Binance Fan Token Launches Binance Fan Club: Share Up to $38,000 in Rewards!

Promotion 2: Invite Your Friends to Binance & Share Up to $20,000 in Community Rewards

Promotion Period: 2023-02-20 12:00 (UTC) to 2023-04-30 23:59 (UTC)*

During the Promotion Period, all users who invite at least one friend to Binance will stand to share a total Community Rewards pool worth up to $20,000 in LAZIO, PORTO, SANTOS and ALPINE token vouchers. 

Each user may obtain a Personal Reward and a Global Reward from the overall Community Rewards pool. Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first served basis. 

All referrals must complete account registration via the user’s unique Binance Fan Cub referral link and identity verification during the Promotion Period to count as a successful referral. Users can check their respective number of successful referrals under the Community Reward tab in the Binance Fan Club page. 

Notes:

• Promotion 2 will end in advance* once Binance Fan Club attains a total of 6,000 new members. Please note that Binance Fan Token will take this promotion end time or 2023-04-30 23:59 (UTC) as the snapshot time for the calculation of Personal Rewards and Global Rewards, whichever is earlier. 
• Global Rewards will only be unlocked when Binance Fan Club attains a total of 6,000 new members, or no Global Rewards will be distributed after the Promotion ends. 
• All Personal Rewards and Global Rewards will be distributed within seven days after the Promotion ends, where applicable. 

Rewards Structure:

1. Personal Reward: Get Up to $14 in Binance Fan Tokens By Inviting Your Friends to Sign Up for Binance via Binance Fan Club  

All users who invite their friends to register for a Binance account via Binance Fan Club during the Promotion Period, will qualify to each receive up to $14 in LAZIO, PORTO, SANTOS or ALPINE token vouchers as their Personal Reward from the overall rewards pool for Promotion 2 (i.e., Community Rewards), as per the table below.

2. Global Reward: Invite More Friends to Binance via Binance Fan Club & Reach a Higher Binance Fan Club User Level to Grab a Bigger Share of Rewards!

In addition, all users who attain at least one successful referral during the Promotion Period, will qualify to each receive a Global Reward from the overall rewards pool for Promotion 2 (i.e. Community Rewards). 

The more friends they invite and the higher their Binance Fan Club user level, the greater their rewards. Please note that Global Rewards will only be unlocked when Binance Fan Club attains a total of 6,000 new members, or no Global Rewards will be distributed after the Promotion ends. 

Calculation Mechanism for Global Rewards:

• Total Global Rewards Pool = 
  Overall Community Rewards Pool - Total Amount of Personal Rewards Distributed
• Each User’s Individual Points = 
  1 * Invitation Multiplier * User Level Multiplier
• Global Reward for Each Qualified User = 
  (User’s Individual Points / Sum of the Individual Points from All Eligible Users) * Total Global Rewards Pool

Take the case of user A, who successfully obtains one referral and reaches the Binance Fan Club user level of “Level 1 - Academy” at the snapshot time. 

• User A’s Individual Points = 1 x 1 x 1 = 1 
• If all users who qualify for Global Rewards has attained a total of 2,000 Individual Points, and the total value of the Global Rewards Pool stands at $10,000, user A will receive [(1 / 2,000) * $10,000] = $5 as their Global Reward.

Terms & Conditions:

• Both Promotion 1 and Promotion 2 may not be available in your region. Only users who complete identity verification by the end of the respective Promotion Periods shall be eligible for any rewards.
• The Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions apply to both Promotion 1 and Promotion 2.
• Eligible users can check and claim their Fan Badge and token voucher rewards here. Eligible users must have verified their accounts and claim their rewards within 30 days after voucher rewards have been distributed to their accounts.

• Sub-accounts are not qualified for this promotion. Binance Fan Token will exclude users’ sub-account balances from the calculation of users’ Binance Fan Token holdings when verifying their eligibility for the Fan Badge. 
• All fan experiences are subject to changes depending on developments of the COVID-19 pandemic or other unforeseeable events. Binance and Binance Fan Token Partners reserve the right to amend the experiential rewards to a similar experience or merchandise at their own discretion.​​ 
• Offline fan experiences do not come with accommodation and transportation. Eligible users should cater for their own accommodation and transportation.
• No refunds or cash equivalent value of the rewards will be granted.
• Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, self-dealing or display attributes of market manipulation.
• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending these Promotions, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any action to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
