🚨 SAYLOR IS ₿ACK — AND THE TIMING TELLS A STORY.
After 10 weeks of silence — and even selling BTC — Strategy just flipped the switch. They bought 4,603 BTC for $369.7M at an avg of $80,318, right as Warsh’s hawkish speech spooked everyone else. 👀
Total stack now: 845,050 BTC ($63.7B) at an average cost of $75,412.
But the headline number isn’t the real story 👇
🔍 1. They bought the fear, not the greed. This buy landed AFTER the $81K → $78K pullback. While retail panic-posted about the Fed, Strategy accumulated. Classic Saylor.
🔍 2. They sold STOCK, not Bitcoin, to fund it. The $369.7M came from selling 4.53M MSTR shares (~$602.8M raised) — NOT from touching the BTC pile. Equity in, Bitcoin out.
🔍 3. The 10-week pause wasn’t doubt. They’d been a net seller since June to cover preferred-stock dividends. Now, with over $1B in dry powder still reserved for BTC, that pause looks like reloading — not retreating.
🔍 4. Net leverage: 0.0%. Buying aggressively with basically zero net debt. A very different risk profile from the old “Saylor gets liquidated” fears
📊 Takeaway: The biggest corporate BTC holder on earth just called the $78–80K zone a buy — fresh capital, zero net leverage, a billion+ still loaded. Doesn’t guarantee price goes up, but it shows where the most committed institutional money sees value.
