‼️SEC Has Not Accepted Bitcoin ETF
Today, the SEC issued its first decision on the spot Bitcoin ETF of two companies, Ark and 21Shares.
These ETFs have not been approved and the SEC has sought additional comment from the companies. Bitcoin reacted neutrally to the news.
🤔 However, this does not mean that the SEC will never approve these ETFs and we should not forget about BlackRock’s application.
