Pinterest Inc (NYSE:PINS) shares fell by as much as 3.80% in Friday after-hours trading following the announcement that its Chief Financial Officer, Julia Braw Donnelly, has resigned to pursue another opportunity.

Donnelly submitted her resignation on Wednesday and will remain with the company until 30/10/2026 to ensure an orderly transition of responsibilities, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company said her departure is not the result of any disagreement with Pinterest regarding any matter related to the company’s operations, policies, or practices, including accounting principles and practices.
