【If SUI drops to 0.5 again, what would I think?】
To be honest, the number 0.5 has crossed my mind.
Recently, SUI has been hovering around 0.68. It’s down 5% over the past 7 days, and it’s down another 1.2% in the last 24 hours. From the high, it’s fallen by almost 90%. What does that even mean? I’ve seen fakeout-style dump moves, but this kind of magnitude—either the project has died, or the market has completely stopped recognizing it.
First, let’s talk about emotions. The Fear & Greed Index is 28, with a weekly average of 27—basically unchanged. When the market is panicking, these kinds of coins don’t necessarily fall along with it. When the market stabilizes a bit, they also don’t rise. That’s what I mean: it moves in sync with the broader market; there’s no real independence. BTC’s dominance is 56%, which suggests the capital is still clustered in the big pie. Liquidity in the alts is just worse.
Back to the project itself. I haven’t run from SUI, but I’ve kept my position size very low. Why? In a range-bound consolidation phase, the biggest fear isn’t the drop—it’s low volume. When trading activity is sluggish, you can’t even exit when you want to. At this price—down 87% from its ATH—yes, it’s in an extremely undervalued zone. But low valuation doesn’t mean it will jump immediately. The key prerequisite is that there are no serious fundamental flaws.
My stop-loss is set at 0.67. If it breaks, I accept it—I won’t fight the tape. My first target is that resistance at 0.708. If it can get through, then we’ll talk. Honestly, I’m not confident this move will definitely turn around, but what I’m betting on is that it won’t die at this level.
What do you think about this asset right now? Anyone still holding SUI?
