In March 2022, CoinList provided services for the launch of Tribal's TRIBL tokens. The initial terms required Tribal to deliver the tokens to purchasers by April 9, 2023. However, Tribal announced a delay until April 9, 2024.
In April 2024, Tribal unilaterally announced another delay in the delivery of TRIBL tokens and planned to provide further updates before April 30. However, Tribal failed to timely inform its users about the latest delivery situation. Furthermore, Tribal asked CoinList, as its supporter, to agree in writing to an additional delay in the delivery deadline. CoinList disagreed with this delay and is reviewing possible legal remedies and will continue to update relevant information.
CoinList emphasized that they cannot control the delivery of TRIBL tokens and expressed disappointment that Tribal failed to properly address user concerns.
