1. What is a "network address"? Why does the system tell me, “The address is not valid. Please confirm with the recipient."?

A cryptocurrency address is a unique string of letters and numbers of a cryptocurrency wallet, which can be used for sending and receiving cryptocurrency. It indicates the location of a wallet on the blockchain.

If you entered the address incorrectly, the system will display an error message (“invalid address”). Please check with your recipient to confirm the address and withdrawal network again.
Tips: Always input the address by copy and paste or scan the QR code. DO NOT enter manually. If you enter the wrong address, you might lose your funds.

2. What is a Memo/Tag? Why it says “The memo is not valid”?

A "Tag" or "Memo" is an additional address feature necessary for identifying a transaction recipient beyond a wallet address.
"The memo is not valid” indicates that you have entered the wrong memo. Please confirm with the recipient to make sure that your information is correct.

3. Why do I get a "network busy" message? What can I do?

If you get a "network busy" message, this means that the network is currently congested. Please try again later or select other networks to withdraw your assets.
