BTC is back at $76,000, and this time it doesn't look like an ordinary pullback.

Live data: BTC $76,784, 24h -2.06%; ETH $2,254.57, -1.63%.

Looking at the 4-hour chart, the 20:00 UTC candle opened at 77,417 and closed at 76,960—a 457-point drop that plunged straight through 77,000. The midnight candle opened at 76,947 and closed at 76,710, with a low of 76,634. On the 30-minute chart, price bounced from 76,592 to 76,900, but is sliding back again. The rebound is weak.

Key levels: 76,600 below has been tested three times; if it breaks again, watch 76,443. 77,000 above is the dividing line: failing to reclaim it keeps the outlook weak. 77,500 and 78,000 are the bulls' strongholds.

My take: This is trend-driven position reduction, not profit-taking. Consider reducing exposure on a rebound toward 77,000–77,200; if 76,600 breaks, watch 76,400. If you want to buy the dip, wait until the 4-hour chart gets back above 77,000. For ETH, 2,243–2,250 is the lifeline; if it breaks, watch 2,178.

There are opportunities in the market every day, but you only have one bankroll. Taking it slow is nothing to be ashamed of.
