Strategy added 811 $btc between Oct. 26 and Nov. 1, lifting its treasury to 849,327 BTC after a brief pause.
On Nov. 2, Strategy filed an 8-K saying it spent about $65.5 million on those coins at an average of roughly $80,846 each. In the same window it also repurchased about $208.2 million of STRC preferred shares. About $164 million in net proceeds from common-stock sales funded the bitcoin add, with roughly $98.5 million left in USD cash.
Total holdings now stand at 849,327 BTC, acquired for about $64.1 billion at an average cost near $75,451. The print follows Strategy’s late-October stretch when the stack held flat at 848,517 BTC while buybacks took priority. Corporate-treasury trackers now have a fresh look at how Strategy is balancing cash, preferred repurchases, and bitcoin adds into early November.
