Ethereum Layer 2 network Scroll plans to make its existing network permissioned and move SCR and USX to the Ethereum mainnet. Scroll said detailed transition proposals will be submitted for governance review. Scroll is preparing assistance for users to review positions and safely move or withdraw assets during the transition.
