Trump posted a message thanking Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, saying Musk plans to give SpaceX shares to millions of American children through "Trump Accounts" and calling him a “legendary friend.”
Trump said the initiative is in line with the original purpose of establishing Trump Accounts: bringing together the power of the private sector to invest in American children and enabling more children to share in the benefits of U.S. economic growth.
Earlier, on October 19, Musk said he planned to give one share of SpaceX stock to every American child in 2027, adding that this would be the first of a series of similar initiatives in the future. Details of how the share giveaway will be implemented have not yet been announced. $SOL
