Binance will support the distribution of Dell Technologies (DELL) cash dividends via bStocks to DELLB holders. The net cash dividend amount, after withholding applicable taxes, fees, expenses, and other deductions, will be reinvested in additional units or fractional units of the same underlying security. Eligible users will receive dividends in the form of bStocks DELLB accordingly.
On-chain DELLB holders will receive dividends in bStocks through a multiplier adjustment.
Eligibility
Users holding DELLB at the time of the snapshot on 2026-10-20 at 00:00 (UTC) will be eligible to receive the dividend distribution.
Key Information
Trading of DELLB/USDT will not be affected.
At 2026-10-19 23:30 (UTC), the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between DELL shares and bStocks DELLB will be suspended.
At 2026-10-19 23:30 (UTC), DELLB deposits and withdrawals will be suspended. Users should ensure that there is sufficient time for DELLB deposits to be fully processed before then.
DELLB deposits, withdrawals, and the token conversion service will resume after the distribution is complete. No further announcement will be made. Where available, users may also subscribe to be notified when the service resumes.
Dividends received on assets held in other accounts will be credited to the Spot Account, including, but not limited to, the Funding Account, Margin Account, etc.
Binance will handle all technical requirements for users participating in this event.
Dividend reinvestment and distribution will take place after withholding tax.
