Your block explorer shows a successful ERC-4337 transaction.
Did the smart-account operation inside it succeed too?
ERC-4337 has two layers:
• A bundler submits an outer EVM transaction to the EntryPoint.
• That transaction can carry one or more UserOperations.
The outer transaction can succeed even when an individual UserOperation fails. The matching EntryPoint event reports the operation-level result, and a failed operation can still consume gas.
If the outer transaction reverts, the UserOperation event may be absent. Seeing operation data in the reverted transaction calldata does not prove that the operation executed.
A UserOperation hash returned by a bundler is useful for tracking. By itself, it is not proof of on-chain inclusion. Check the transaction receipt for the matching EntryPoint event.
PriorSeal’s ERC-4337 adapter binds a canonical UserOperation hash into an authorization and verifies the matching event in the receipt. It supports EntryPoint versions 0.6 through 0.9. More detailed claims about an account’s inner call require a supported account-specific profile.
Does your dashboard show the outer transaction result and each UserOperation result separately?
