I’ve been saying this for a while: when $XRP enters Turbo Mode, the move may not happen slowly. Once momentum builds, price can move rapidly from one resistance level to the next.
Now that the $1.70 level is coming into focus, the bigger question is:
Can XRP move toward $2.40 and eventually $3.60?
These are not guaranteed price targets. Instead, based on market structure, liquidity, institutional participation, and the broader XRP ecosystem, they can be viewed as potential upside zones if bullish momentum continues.
⚡ $1.70 — The First Door
For me, $1.70 is more than just a psychological level. It can become an important momentum-confirmation zone.
If XRP manages to break above $1.70 with strong volume and sustain that level, market attention could quickly shift toward the next major resistance.
The key question will be:
Is it a real breakout—or just a wick?
A single candle above $1.70 is not enough.
What I would want to see is:
Strong trading volume
A confirmed 4H or daily close
A successful breakout retest
Support from BTC and the broader altcoin market
Strong buying pressure specifically in XRP
If these factors align, $1.70 could potentially transition from resistance into a support zone.
🎯 Next Stop: $2.40 — Why Does This Level Matter?
Let’s assume XRP successfully reclaims $1.70.
The next major psychological and technical area could then become $2.40.
From around $1.60 to $2.40 represents roughly 50% upside.
In crypto, a move of this size is certainly possible, particularly when a large-cap altcoin experiences stronger liquidity, institutional participation, and renewed market attention.
However, I would not expect a straight-line rally.
A healthier structure could look like:
Breakout → Profit Taking → Pullback → Retest → Continuation
That is why seeing $2.40 on the chart should not automatically mean chasing the price.
Market structure matters more than FOMO.
🏦 The Bigger XRP Story: Institutional Interest
The XRP narrative is no longer limited to retail speculation.
Institutional exposure has become an increasingly important part of the XRP investment story, particularly through regulated investment products and growing financial infrastructure around the asset.
At the same time, XRP Ledger activity has been expanding across areas such as tokenization, stablecoins, trading, and financial applications.
This creates a broader narrative:
Payments + Tokenization + Stablecoins + Institutional Infrastructure + Investment Products
That combination could become increasingly important for XRP's long-term market narrative.
But there is an important distinction:
More XRPL activity does not automatically mean XRP's price will rise at the same rate.
Some network activity can come from stablecoins and tokenized assets rather than direct XRP demand.
Therefore, the stronger bullish thesis would require growth in XRP liquidity, institutional demand, network utility, and investment demand as well.
💵 The XRPL Ecosystem Deserves Attention Too
One of the most interesting developments around XRP is the expansion of tokenized assets and stablecoin activity on the XRP Ledger.
This means the ecosystem is becoming more than simply a place for XRP transfers or trading.
The broader direction includes:
Tokenized real-world assets
Stablecoins
DeFi
Institutional settlement
Digital financial infrastructure
That could potentially increase the strategic importance of the XRP Ledger over time.
Still, investors should separate network growth from token price expectations.
A growing ecosystem is positive for the broader narrative, but XRP's valuation ultimately depends on supply, demand, liquidity, market conditions, and how much economic value actually flows through or creates demand for XRP.
🚀 So, Can $XRP Reach $3.60?
This is where the discussion becomes much more interesting.
XRP has a very large circulating supply, which means a move toward $3.60 would require a substantial expansion in market capitalization.
At approximately 62.9 billion circulating XRP, the rough implied market capitalizations would be:
$1.70 → ~$107B
$2.40 → ~$151B
$3.60 → ~$226B
So $3.60 is not a small move.
It would require XRP to become significantly larger in valuation than it is today.
But crypto markets are driven not only by utility. They are also influenced by:
Liquidity + Demand + Narrative + Capital Rotation + Market Cycle
If several major factors align at the same time—
Bitcoin remains in a strong market structure
Altcoin liquidity expands
Institutional XRP demand remains strong
Investment-product flows continue
XRPL tokenization grows
Stablecoin activity expands
Regulatory conditions remain supportive
—then a much higher XRP valuation becomes a scenario worth monitoring.
Not a guarantee.
A scenario.
⚠️ But There Is One Thing We Should Never Forget
The path from:
$1.70 → $2.40 → $3.60
is not guaranteed.
Crypto markets do not move purely according to bullish narratives.
If XRP fails to confirm a breakout, volume weakens, or the broader market enters a correction, XRP could revisit lower support zones.
The risk becomes even greater for leveraged traders.
A bullish thesis can remain intact while the market still experiences a 15–25% correction along the way.
That is why:
No FOMO.
No blind leverage.
No all-in.
For spot investors, staged entries and staged profit-taking can provide a more disciplined approach than chasing vertical candles.
📊 My XRP Roadmap
This is how I’m watching the structure:
Zone 1 — $1.70
➡️ First major breakout/confirmation area
Zone 2 — $2.40
➡️ Major psychological resistance and potential profit-taking zone
Zone 3 — $3.00–$3.20
➡️ Intermediate zone if bullish momentum continues
Zone 4 — $3.60
➡️ Strong bullish expansion scenario
But XRP needs to reclaim each important level before the next one becomes technically relevant.
I would not expect a clean move from $1.60 directly to $3.60.
A step-by-step move with healthy retests would be much more sustainable.
🔥 The Real Question Is Not Just How High XRP Can Go
For me, the bigger question is:
Will XRP remain primarily a speculative asset, or can it become a larger part of institutional financial infrastructure?
If the second scenario develops, the valuation conversation could change significantly.
The XRP Ledger is already developing across payments, tokenization, DeFi, and stablecoin-related use cases.
Protocol development also remains active, which is another factor worth monitoring alongside price action.
These developments do not guarantee higher XRP prices.
But they can influence the long-term narrative surrounding the ecosystem.
🧠 My Take
I see $1.70 as the first major checkpoint.
If XRP breaks above it with strong confirmation, market attention could shift toward $2.40.
If XRP eventually reclaims a major level such as $2.40 with strong volume and liquidity, then the $3.00–$3.60 zone could become a much more relevant bullish scenario.
But remember:
Target is not a guarantee.
Narrative is not confirmation.
And unrealized profit is not realized profit until you manage the position.
If XRP truly enters Turbo Mode, the biggest opportunity could also become the biggest mistake if traders start chasing the top.
That is why I would rather watch:
Breakout → Retest → Confirmation → Continuation
Those four steps matter.
Is $1.70 only the beginning?
Could $2.40 become the next major destination?
And could $3.60 become $XRP ’s next major milestone?
The market will decide.
For now, I’m watching price action, liquidity, volume, institutional flows, and XRPL adoption together—not just the chart.
