A South African consortium led by former Sibanye Stillwater Ltd. Chief Executive Officer Neal Froneman is working with Rothschild & Co. on a bid to bring Formula One racing back to the continent, according to Bloomberg.

The group has hired Rothschild to advise on the proposed South Africa Formula One deal.
