I don’t think it’s logical to attribute BTC’s movement to just one factor. Markets often price in expectations in advance, so when everyone is waiting for a drop, the move can be completely different from what’s expected. 👀
Most importantly: don’t assume that short squeezes or heavy short positioning means a drop will happen immediately. Sometimes the market can move opposite the majority’s expectations first.
