Terms and Conditions:

  • These terms and conditions (Promotion Terms) govern the participation of users in the above promotion (Promotion). By participating in this Promotion, users agree to these Promotion Terms, in addition to the Binance Merchant Agreement (where applicable), the Binance P2P Terms and Conditions and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Promotions with Prizes; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.

  • In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Promotion Terms and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Promotion Terms shall prevail, followed by the following in this order of precedence and to the extent of such conflict: (a) any Binance Merchant Agreement, (b) the Binance P2P Terms and Conditions, (c) Binance Terms and Conditions for Promotions with Prizes; (d) Binance Terms of Use; and (e) Binance Privacy Notice.

  • Only eligible users who complete the Merchant Application and complete account verification will be eligible to participate in this Promotion. The products or features mentioned above may not be available in your region. Users are responsible for informing themselves and observing any restrictions and/or requirements imposed with respect to access to and use of Binance services in each country from which the services are accessed.

  • Binance reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any user from eligibility for rewards if it determines that the user’s account is involved in any dishonest or abusive behavior, including (without limitation) wash trading, illegal mass account registration, self-dealing, or market manipulation. Binance also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who alters the Binance program code or otherwise interferes with the operation of the Binance program code, the Promotion, or other underlying systems, including by using other software.

  • Binance may, at any time and for any reason, change these Promotion Terms, including (without limitation) with respect to the terms and eligibility criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any action to be taken. Without limiting Binance’s discretion to vary the terms, it will seek to limit any changes to the following circumstances (by way of example and without limitation):

    • Changes to the applicable rules or policies;

    • Obligations arising from law or decisions issued by common courts or public administration;

    • Anti-money laundering or counter-terrorist financing rules;

    • Technical issues beyond our control;

    • The need to protect users from potential losses;

    • The need to protect Binance from reputational loss;

    • Events or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

  • Binance reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or cancel this announcement at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
