Kunchou Tsai, managing partner at Enlighten Taiwan, said the potential increase in the fund and company valuations makes it possible for FTX creditors to receive a 100% asset recovery rate. Tsai, who has helped more than 100 clients file FTX claims, said it's unclear when FTX's bankruptcy restructuring team will be able to sell its Anthropic shares, which may have to wait until Anthropic goes public unless there are special circumstances.
