12 Days of Christmas Treasure Hunt: 1,000,000 NGN Worth of Prizes to be Won!

Another Christmas is upon us. The Yuletide season is one of the best seasons worldwide, and we are delighted to have shared 2020 with you. We thank you for your support and trust thus far. What’s a better way to say “Thank You” than with gifts?

Please note that this activity is limited to Nigerian Binance users. 

How to Participate in the #BinanceTreasureHunt

Activity 1: Binance Treasure Hunt: Find all 12 recovery words and win N450,000! 

Duration: December 15, 2020 8:00 am to December 26, 2020 11:59 pm (GMT+1)

We’ve hidden a total of 450,000 NGN in a Trust Wallet protected by the seed phrase consisting of 12 words. Over the next 12 days, we will be releasing 12 clues that will lead you on a hunt for these 12 words around the community and social media posts on Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, and our blog.

The first person to collect all 12 seed words and recover the wallet wins the treasure! 

Before you start, we recommend learning how to recover a wallet.

Additionally, you can also win from the 12,500 NGN daily giveaway for the next 12 days! The first five active users with the correct phrase each day will win 2,500 each. Enter the keyword of the day to this Google form to qualify. 

One winner will emerge at the end of the campaign for the grand prize.

How to Participate (Rules)

  1. Visit Binance.com/ng and register if you don’t have an account. 

  2. Follow the Binance Africa Twitter, retweet this campaign, and tag five friends in the comments. Use hashtag #BinanceTreasureHunt

  3. Join the Binance Nigeria Telegram Channel, invite five friends, and tag #BinanceTreasureHunt

  4. Follow the Binance Nigeria Facebook Page, and tag five friends in the comments. Use hashtag #BinanceTreasureHunt

  5. Make sure to follow our Twitter/ Facebook, Telegram accounts to be notified every time we publish a new clue. You need all 12 words to win.

  6. The competition will start on December 15 and end on December 26 (12 Days). 

  7. All participating users must fill in this form.

  8. 60 Binancians will emerge winners during the promotion & 1 winner for the grand prize!

  9. We reserve the right to disqualify accounts of users that display signs of malicious activity or activity against the T&C’s of Binance.com.

The Treasure Hunt winners will be announced on December 30th, 2020. 

Activity 2: Binance Mystery Man! Win gifts worth N360,000!

All Binancians in Nigeria that are active within the estate community are invited to this fun activity to search, snap a selfie with the “Binance Mystery Man” across selected locations in Nigeria and upload on social media, tagging Binance Nigeria on Facebook and Binance Africa on Twitter. 

Spot the “ Binance Mystery Man” across these locations across different days wearing a Binance Face-cap, Tees, and/or a hoodie. 

  • Ä°keja City Mall (Shoprite), Lagos,

  • The Palms Shopping Mall, V.I  Lagos, 

  • Jabi Lake Mall, Abuja,

  • Kada Plaza, Benin, 

  • SPAR Mall, Port-Harcourt 

Each Mystery Man carries a limited amount of gifts from his estate. So don’t hesitate once you spot him. Snap a quickie selfie & post it on Facebook or Twitter. Make sure you tag Binance; otherwise, we won’t see your post.

Rewards

  1. 200,000 NGN reward pool to be shared with 40 Binancians that found the “Binance Mystery Man” and uploaded the selfie to social media.

  2. The 12 users with the highest amount of likes on their Mystery Man selfie will share a pool of 160,000 NGN

  5. Visit the selected locations between December 21 and 24, between 12 pm-4 pm, and Mon- Thurs.

  6. Search for the Mystery Man with a Binance hoodie/cap and quickly snap a selfie. Then post it on Twitter and tag Binance Africa & Share on Facebook and tag Binance Nigeria Facebook Page with the caption “#BinanceMysteryMan I just spotted the Binance Mystery Man in 

.,” Be creative! 

  7. Users with the highest likes across Twitter/ Facebook will be selected. 

  8. Ensure you follow all social channels and accounts and tag #BinanceMysteryMan to posts.

  9. 40 Binancians will win across seven days during this campaign. 

  10. 12 Lucky Winners will emerge at the end of the campaign.
