VanEck has launched its Wealth Builder ETF (WBMO), an actively managed fund combining traditional investments with indirect Bitcoin exposure. The fund provides access to global stocks, bonds, real assets such as gold, and crypto-linked exchange-traded products within a single portfolio. WBMO carries a net annual expense ratio of 0.26%, reduced from 0.33% through fee waivers, and aims to deliver long-term capital appreciation and income through diversified investments.

The new ETF allows investors to gain crypto exposure without directly holding Bitcoin, with VanEck managing portfolio allocations based on market conditions and investment opportunities. Certain investments will be held through a Cayman Islands subsidiary, generally limited to 25% of the fund's total assets at each fiscal quarter-end, although this does not represent a specific Bitcoin allocation.
