Urgent: P2P Payment Dispute – Buyer @smart_exchange010 Refusing to Cooperate
I sold USDT to smart_exchange010 through Binance P2P on October 10, 2026.
The buyer transferred PKR 60,751 to my Easypaisa account. Unfortunately, the payment got stuck/restricted on the same day.
I immediately contacted Easypaisa and submitted a claim through their official application, providing all the required documents and evidence.
However, on October 26, 2026, Easypaisa declined my claim and informed me that the sender must contact their bank to resolve this issue.
I contacted the buyer and requested cooperation, but smart_exchange010 is refusing to contact their bank or take the necessary steps to resolve the matter.
As a result, my PKR 60,751 remains inaccessible, and I am suffering because of the buyer's lack of cooperation.
I request Binance Support to investigate this P2P transaction, contact the buyer, and help facilitate a resolution.
I have all the relevant evidence, including the Binance order details, payment proof, and Easypaisa complaint records.
I expect Binance to take this matter seriously and help resolve this issue fairly.
