MUSK’S AI DREAM HITS A WALL!

Tesla shares came under pressure after its Q3 2026 results raised fresh questions about the company’s growth strategy. Net profit plunged 44% year over year to $787 million, while revenue remained nearly flat at $28 billion.

The biggest concern? Tesla cut its 2026 capital expenditure forecast from over $25 billion to around $20 billion. That may help preserve cash in the short term, but investors are questioning whether the company is slowing down its ambitious AI, robotics and autonomous driving plans.

There’s a twist: Tesla still generated $1.5 billion in free cash flow, and adjusted earnings beat expectations.

For me, this is the real battle: Can Tesla justify its massive future-growth expectations while its core business faces profitability pressure?

Musk’s vision remains huge, but the market wants execution, not just promises.
