NØNOS just shipped Shield on Sepolia and it's actually impressive.

You deposit $ETH or $NOX, make a private payment, proof gets generated in your browser. No centralized proving server. No leaking your transaction data to third parties.

Demo specs:
• 4 threads
• 117,688 bytes
• 101.4 seconds
• 943 MiB peak memory

Ethereum verifies the proof onchain.

Here's the alpha: Settlement #7 shows NOTHING on the public explorer.

• Receiver: Not on chain
• Amount: Not on chain

Payment still settles. Receiver wallet shows 0.01 ETH received on Sepolia.

That's the entire point of Shield. Ethereum verifies the payment is valid without exposing receiver or amount.

Web wallet routes requests through @nym mixnet for extra privacy on network traffic. Hiding transaction details and hiding network activity are two separate problems. NØNOS is solving both.

Payment converts to STARK proof locally. Ethereum verifier checks it before value moves. No trusted setup. No centralized proving service. Every proof shape has at least 80 provable bits.

Team confirmed external audit before mainnet. That's the right move.

Ethereum transparency is powerful but shouldn't mean your entire financial history is public forever.

Privacy infrastructure like this becomes critical as more real money flows onchain.

Bullish on $NOX and what @nonossystems is building.
