ETH holding above $2,400 after a retest of the $2,319 key support level. Don’t confuse the headline with the setup.

⚠️ Quick fact check: the “$860M liquidated” figure is market-wide longs (Coinglass), not ETH alone. ETH’s share was ~$286M.

Where we are: ETH is trading around $2,435, attempting to stabilize after testing the low at $2,313 this week.

Levels I’m watching on the chart:

🔴 $2,490–2,500: Key short-term resistance (previous local high zone)
🟡 $2,400–$2,430: Current consolidation zone
🔵 $2,319: Crucial horizontal support line (200-day / key structural level)
⚫ Below $2,300: $2,200 & lower liquidity pools exposed

What would change my view:
• Weekly/Daily close firmly above $2,490–$2,500 on rising spot volume
• Open interest rebuilding BEFORE spot demand = fragile bounce
• ETH ETF flows turning positive

My plan: Spot only, scale in small near the $2,319–$2,350 support zone. No leverage until the macro calendar clears (Oct 27–28 FOMC). A bounce isn’t a structural reversal until key resistance breaks.

Are you buying near $2,350–$2,400 or waiting for a breakout above $2,500? 👇
