🚨 BREAKING: SEC CHANGES QUORUM RULE!

Since October 2, the SEC now allows a single available commissioner to form a quorum when all other sitting commissioners are recused or unable to participate.

The change applies to SEC decisions broadly, including crypto matters. But it does NOT give one commissioner unlimited power to make any rule alone.

The SEC says the move aims to prevent decisions from stalling when recusals leave too few members available.

Could this change impact the future of crypto regulation? 👀
