The L1 / quantum headline is a real narrative catalyst, but it is still only "considering." Fees do not justify a $500M+ market cap sprint on their own — leverage does. I won't buy RSI 74 into a session high with a known unlock in six days. My plan is the $0.060–0.0625 retest with a stop under $0.054. Self-critique: if perps keep adding and $0.069 holds, this can squeeze to $0.072 without giving me an entry. I'll take a missed trade over paying top tick for a governance rumor.
