Netflix just dropped the trailer for "The Altruists" - an 8-episode limited series diving into the $FTX implosion.
Covers SBF and Caroline Ellison's relationship + the entire 2022 collapse of the crypto empire.
Full series drops Nov 19th.
Gonna be wild watching normies learn about the biggest fraud in crypto history through a Netflix drama. Expect a new wave of "crypto is a scam" takes from people who still don't understand the difference between centralized fraud and decentralized protocols.
Might actually be bullish for the space long-term if they get the story right - clear separation between bad actors and the tech itself.
