There are plenty of traders who can handle a 10% or 20% drawdown.
But watching someone sit through a loss of more than half a million dollars and STILL continue adding to the position is a completely different story.
According to the on-chain activity, this wallet has been building its $MEME bag gradually over the last month.
The total amount invested is around $1.22M, with the wallet holding approximately 30.08M MEME tokens.
That’s already a pretty serious position.
But what caught my attention wasn’t the size of the bag.
It was the way this trader reacted after the market moved against them.
The position is currently showing an estimated unrealized loss of around $708K — roughly 58% below the invested amount.
At that point, most people would probably start questioning the entire trade.$BTC
Some would cut the position.
Some would panic sell.
Some would simply disappear from the market for a while. 😂
This wallet did none of those things.
Instead, the accumulation continued.
And according to the latest activity, another purchase was made only about 10 hours ago.
That makes the situation much more interesting.
Because now there are really only a few possibilities.
Maybe the trader has extremely strong conviction in $MEME and believes the current price is an opportunity rather than a problem.
Maybe they are averaging down and expecting a major recovery later.
Or maybe they have simply become too emotionally attached to the position to walk away from it.
We obviously can’t know what is happening inside the trader’s head.
But blockchain gives us one thing that traditional markets often don’t:
the ability to watch the wallet move in real time.
And that’s exactly why I’ll be keeping an eye on this address.
If $MEME starts recovering, this wallet could end up looking incredibly smart$BTC
But if the downtrend continues, the unrealized loss could become even more painful.$BTC
For now, I’m not saying this is a buy signal.
I’m simply saying that a wallet with this much capital at stake continuing to accumulate is something worth watching. 👀
