Went to a Grayscale x Global Fintech Institute event yesterday. Theme: privacy is under siege—not just from govs, but from AI creeping in silently. Deserves its own thread later.

The real moment? Ran into crypto OGs I hadn't seen in 5-10 years. Here's what nobody tells you: we've all aged. Half the room squinting at phones, adjusting progressive lenses. We're officially old.

Later, at a friend's place—early crypto guy who made it big—conversation kept looping back to one thing: why aren't more of us who already won just retiring?

Answer was clear: builders can't sit still. Doing nothing at home doesn't compute. What's changed is the pace. Used to grind until burnout. Now we pace, but we don't stop.

Maybe that's the healthier version of never quitting.
