#RLC is forming higher lows on the 4H chart, trading near $0.5412 after recovering from $0.3593. The $0.5000 zone is acting as short-term support, while $0.5495 remains the key breakout level.
Clean move off the lows and through $0.190. If $0.218 holds on a dip, $0.5455 is the logical next level. A daily close back under $0.30 kills the idea for me.
