850,000 ETH is waiting to leave validators… but don’t make the mistake of calling it a sell-off yet.
That number looks scary at first.
The exit queue has jumped sharply, and suddenly everyone is talking about an ETH dump.
But there’s a detail I think is being missed.
Leaving the validator queue doesn’t mean 850,000 ETH is being dumped on the market.
That’s not how this works.
And honestly, that’s why I’m watching this more closely instead of panicking.
The real question isn’t:
“Will 850K ETH be sold?”
It’s:
“How much of that ETH actually reaches the market — and what do holders do when it does?”
That difference matters.
For now, I’m watching ETH price + staking flows + exchange inflows together.
Because sometimes the headline looks bearish…
while the real story is somewhere else.
What do you think?
Real selling pressure — or just a scary headline?
