Less than 24 hours after NEAR publicly identified the alleged attacker and issued a 48-hour deadline, all stolen funds were sent back.
The exploiter also left an on-chain message admitting they were "in the wrong," thanking the team for handling the situation respectfully and urging NEAR to use bug bounties in the future.
