Complicating the picture is an ongoing legal dispute in Delaware Chancery Court over who controls the company — Allman's estate has taken legal action against acting CEO Ian De Bode, alleging he assumed control before probate concluded without proper board authorization. Under a current court order, De Bode remains CEO and can handle day-to-day operations but is barred from making major structural changes until the dispute is resolved. Ondo offers tokenized U.S. Treasuries and equities with a combined portfolio exceeding $3.8 billion.
