SEC Chair Paul Atkins says the agency is building rules to fulfill Trumpâs goal of making America the "Crypto Capital of the World." Its proposed Regulation Crypto Assets would give U.S. entrepreneurs clearer pathways to raise capital using digital assets.
The SEC is also pushing tokenized markets and onchain trading through its broader Project Crypto agenda.
