Issue with Red Packet Claim Eligibility
Hello everyone,
I am facing an issue when trying to claim Red Packets on Binance Square. I keep getting the following error:
"Your account is not eligible to claim this red envelope at this time as per the activity's terms"
Here is what I have already tried:
Kept VPN completely turned off.
Cleared the Binance app cache.
Waited for over 4 days without attempting to claim.
It has been more than 4 days and the error persists. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution? If any Binance Square Mods or Admins see this, could you please assist or help look into this issue?
