$ETH : Institutions Selling, Exchange Supply Falling?

Two charts. Two different signals.

U.S. spot ETH ETFs are showing renewed outflows, while the latest CryptoQuant exchange-netflow reading in my chart is around -32.5K ETH.

That’s an interesting combination.

Institutional investors may be reducing exposure through ETFs, while ETH is simultaneously moving away from exchanges.

But here's the catch: outflows don't automatically mean accumulation, and exchange withdrawals don't automatically mean buying.

My take: I’m watching whether this divergence continues.

If ETF outflows persist while exchange netflows remain negative, the market could face a different supply-demand setup than the headlines suggest.

If ETF demand returns, that could change the picture again.

The important question isn't simply whether ETH is leaving exchanges. It's whether fresh demand can absorb the selling pressure.

Two different flows. One market reaction to watch.
