CRYPTO: IGNORE THE NARRATIVE. WATCH THE DATA.
Right now everyone has a theory.
“Extended bull run.”
“Crypto winter.”
“Supercycle.”
“Bitcoin is going to $200K.”
“Bitcoin is going to crash.”
A lot of it is designed for clicks, likes and engagement.
Investors should be watching the data instead.
• Liquidity: Fed policy, interest rates, real yields and the US dollar
• ETF flows: Is institutional money consistently flowing in or out?
• On chain data: MVRV, realized price, SOPR and long term holder behaviour
• Leverage: Open interest, funding rates and liquidations
• Real demand: Network activity, fees, revenue and actual adoption
• Supply: Exchange balances, holder distribution and available BTC
• Regulation: Actual legislation and institutional access, not political headlines
The important question isn’t whether this cycle gets called a bull run, winter or supercycle.
The question is whether capital is flowing in, demand is growing, liquidity is supportive and market participants are accumulating or distributing.
Narratives change every week.
Data changes the picture.
Don’t invest based on somebody else’s prediction. Build your own dashboard and watch what the market is actually doing.
