Aon Inc. priced $2 billion of notes due in 2056 on Monday as part of a debt package to fund an acquisition, with investor orders more than seven times the size of the offering, according to Bloomberg.

The deal came as firms have been shying away from long-dated bond offerings amid a surge in U.S. yields.
