The Clarity Act has one line that actually matters:

"A federal agency may not prohibit, restrict or impair your ability to self custody digital assets in a self hosted wallet for any lawful purpose."

That's it. One sentence. But it's the strongest protection in the entire bill.

This isn't about innovation or market structure or whatever else they stuffed in there. This is about making sure no one can touch your keys. Period.

Everything else is noise. This line is what counts.
