Truth is, my trading performs far better when I focus on chart-based, medium-term analysis. I spent a few months testing a short-term/scalp approach, and it came with real costs:
- Drained energy, too much screen time
- Too many traps - crypto volatility is brutal short term
- Weaker results, worse risk/reward
- Higher liquidation risk
- Less clarity, more emotional decisions
