I first looked at @Dusk Network and thought it was just another Layer-1 trying to stand out with privacy.

But the deeper I got into it, the more that view changed.

The XSC standard is what really caught my attention. Dusk isn’t only trying to make transactions private; it’s exploring how financial logic can stay confidential while still being programmable on-chain.

That makes Dusk feel more like an experiment in privacy infrastructure for on-chain finance than simply another privacy-focused chain.

The technology is interesting, but the real test is adoption. I’m watching for real applications, users, liquidity and sustained activity.

The big question: can Dusk turn strong infrastructure into meaningful financial activity?
