According to PANews, blockchain game developer InfiniGods has successfully raised $8 million in a Series A funding round. The funding was exclusively invested by Pantera Capital. This follows a seed funding round in 2022 where InfiniGods raised $9 million, led by Pantera Capital with participation from Framework Ventures, Jefferson Capital, Animoca Brands, and Double Peak.
InfiniGods is known for creating web and mobile games that incorporate elements of mythology. The gameplay includes puzzles, strategy, and city-building. Co-founder of InfiniGods, Owen O'Donoghue, has an impressive background with 11 years of experience at Meta. During his tenure, he assisted in the development of Meta's gaming department and helped game developers in launching, monetizing, and expanding their games.
