Lãnh đạo Chứng khoán #VIX nói về tiến độ của #VIXEX

Theo lãnh đạo VIX, các doanh nghiệp trong danh sách sẽ có khoảng một năm để hoàn tất toàn bộ yêu cầu trước khi được xem xét cấp phép chính thức.

Trong thời gian này, các đơn vị phải đồng thời hoàn thiện hạ tầng công nghệ, hồ sơ pháp lý, năng lực tài chính cũng như các tiêu chuẩn quản trị theo quy định.

Ông Đỗ Ngọc Đĩnh cho biết VIXEX đang tập trung nguồn lực để đáp ứng đầy đủ các tiêu chí do cơ quan quản lý đặt ra. Doanh nghiệp sẽ tiếp tục báo cáo tiến độ và hoàn thiện hồ sơ theo đúng lộ trình của chương trình thí điểm.

Được thành lập từ tháng 8/2025 với vốn điều lệ 1.000 tỷ đồng, VIXEX hiện có Chứng khoán VIX nắm giữ 15% cổ phần. Phần còn lại thuộc về CTCP FTG Việt Nam và CTCP Máy tính – Truyền thông – Điều khiển 3C.

Để duy trì tỷ lệ sở hữu 15% tại VIXEX sau quá trình tăng vốn, Chứng khoán VIX dự kiến góp bổ sung 1.350 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, khoảng 1.000 tỷ đồng sẽ được lấy từ nguồn vốn huy động qua đợt phát hành cổ phiếu cho cổ đông hiện hữu, phần còn lại đến từ các nguồn vốn khác của doanh nghiệp.
