上市公司SkyAI卖光200万枚SOL，拿2亿美元回购自家股票

Nasdaq上市公司SkyAI（SKYA，前身Sharps Technology）10月19日向SEC提交的文件确认：手里的SOL已经全部卖完，10月16日启动了现金要约收购，每股3美元，最多收购95%的股票和权证，全额认购约2.013亿美元，10月29日到期。

时间线很刺激：2025年8月私募融了4亿多美元，9月扫了200多万枚SOL，平均成本约194美元。年底账面浮亏1.53亿美元。9月中还持有200多万枚，10月11日卖了一半，10月13日只剩60万枚，10月15日彻底清仓。现在账上现金2.238亿美元，全额回购后还剩2250万美元。

3美元的收购价比宣布前收盘价1.82美元溢价65%。持股9.99%的股东Bastion不干了：要求收购价提到3.5美元，还质疑公司一个月内卖掉七成SOL，没交代卖出日期、价格和审批程序。SOL今年6月一度跌到62美元，现在回到105美元附近，账还是算不过来。

The discount math
SKYA closed Oct 19 at $2.79. The offer is ~7.5% above that, and ~$223.8M in cash works out to roughly $3.17 per eligible security (my estimate, before costs).
So the stock traded below its cash. Selling the coins and handing back cash is how that gap closes.
