The total supply listed in the documentation is 10 billion PLUME, with an initial circulating supply of 20% at TGE. The published allocation is: 59% Community/Ecosystem/Foundation, 21% Early Backers, and 20% Core Contributors.
There is also pUSD:

Why is Plume compelling?
In my view, the investment thesis is quite clear:
RWA → tokenization → liquidity → DeFi → institutional capital
If real-world asset tokenization truly becomes a major blockchain use case, a network like Plume—which provides infrastructure, compliance, liquidity, and DeFi capabilities—could be strategically positioned.
However, there are a few things to consider as well:
Real-world adoption versus ecosystem figures—many blockchain projects have a large number of partners, but this does not necessarily translate into significant economic activity.

$PLUME value capture — network growth does not automatically translate to a rising token price; what matters is the volume of economic activity that genuinely drives demand for PLUME.
Regulatory risk — RWAs are heavily dependent on legal and regulatory frameworks.
Token unlocks — a 10 billion token supply means the investor and team unlock schedules require close monitoring; competition — Plume is not the only player in the RWA space; there are Ethereum-based RWA protocols and other chains also vying for institutional assets.
RWA quality — asset tokenization does not automatically imply that the underlying assets are high-quality or liquid.
My initial conclusion: Plume is more compelling to explore as RWAfi infrastructure than merely as a "new altcoin."
Its technology attempts to solve a concrete problem: how real-world assets can be brought onto the blockchain and subsequently put to actual use within financial primitives.
