I've been watching Hyperliquid more than most people lately. Everyone still treats it like just another perp DEX chasing volume, but the actual edge is how they own the whole damn stack.

Matching, settlement, liquidity routing — all sitting on their own chain. No leaking value to some external sequencer or half-baked L2 the way the others do.

That setup creates sticky liquidity most people completely sleep on. When things get choppy the book doesn't just evaporate.#CPIWtch

Incentives live in the base layer instead of some temporary farm, so traders stick around because the fills stay clean.

Capital doesn't bounce the second the emissions dry up. With the market already skittish about this Fed hike next week, that kind of structural reliability matters way more than whatever TVL screenshot people are posting.

I've sized up through some ugly sessions on there and the slippage stays tighter than almost anything else I've used.

Market still prices it like a pure volume trade that comes and goes. Feels like they're missing the part that actually compounds.
