$AVAAI Long Setup Watch After the Overextension⚠️
AVAAI still looks structurally bullish on the higher timeframes, but after such a sharp expansion, this is not the kind of chart I’d want to chase blindly at current price. The trend is strong, yes but the move is already overheated, so the better setup is to wait for confirmation or a healthier pullback.
🎯Setup 1 — Breakout Long
This one only makes sense if AVA can cleanly reclaim 0.01429 and then hold that breakout instead of instantly rejecting.
Entry Zone: 0.0140 – 0.0144
SL: 0.0130 – 0.0133
🎯 Targets
TP1: 0.01543
TP2: 0.01908
The key here is not just a wick above resistance — it’s whether price can actually break, hold, and confirm the move.
🎯Setup 2 — Pullback Long
This is the stronger risk/reward idea in my view. If AVAAI cools off, the better area to watch is where price pulls back into support and buyers step in again.
Entry Zone 1: 0.0124 – 0.0125
Entry Zone 2: 0.0117 – 0.0118
SL: below the support reaction you use for confirmation
🎯 Targets
TP1: 0.01429
TP2: 0.01543
TP3: 0.01908
This setup becomes attractive if the pullback is controlled and price starts defending support instead of losing structure.
Overall, the chart still leans bullish but after a move like this, patience usually matters more than speed. Chasing strength can work, but waiting for either a confirmed breakout or a cleaner retest gives a much better setup framework.
