上一条对账：昨天 08:01 划的 ETH 2,337–2,439，现价 2,385 还在里面，两条线都没碰到。

08:01 现价 2,385，24 小时 -0.04%，成交额 58.76 亿 U，日内高 2,417、低 2,351。

① 结构：近 30 根高点在下移、低点在抬高，收敛三角。箱体 2,337–2,512，宽度 7.5%，现价只站在 28% 分位，箱体下半区。MA25 在 2,423，压在价格上方，近 5 根斜率 -0.11%，走平略偏下。

② 量价：近 10 根对前 30 根是 0.81 倍，量能跟前期接近，没有明显放大。近 10 根里 4 根收红，红根不多，价格却也没掉下去，属于缩着磨的状态。

③ 共振：上方 2,404–2,410 一带，Fib 0.618 的 2,404 和前高 2,410 叠在一起，两个来源同向。下方只有 2,309–2,337 一个来源，可信度要打折，这条线先记着，别当铁板。

④ 资金面：资金费率 +0.0016%，多头付费；持仓 7 根 4H 变化 -0.82%，基本没动；多空账户比 3.18。费率和账户比偏多，持仓却没跟，说明筹码没真正加进来。

观察区间：上方 2,404–2,433，下方 2,309–2,337。

1H 视角：近 12 小时在 2,351–2,417 之间走，最新收盘落在 52% 分位，正中间，上下都留着空间。

失效条件：4H 收盘站上 2,433 或跌破 2,309，这组判断作废。

上方那两条线 2,404 和 2,410 挨得太近，我盯的是 2,404 这条 Fib 能不能被收上去，你的可能画在 2,410 那边。

is starting to look interesting again — but the real question is whether this is a recovery or just another bounce before the sellers return.
I’ve been watching DUSK for a while, and what catches my attention now is the change in momentum. Price has been bleeding for months, but after touching around $0.0559, the chart finally started building a base. Now we’re back around $0.0708, with volume picking up and MACD showing improving momentum. That doesn’t mean the war is won — it means the battlefield is finally becoming interesting.The mistake I don’t want to make here is chasing a green candle. A strong move needs confirmation, and for DUSK that confirmation would be a clean break and hold above the $0.0763 resistance area.

$0.0763 — Immediate resistance

I’m not saying DUSK will reach those targets. I’m saying this is the area where I want to watch the reaction instead of blindly predicting the future. If price breaks $0.0763 with convincing volume, the whole structure becomes much more interesting. If it loses the $0.0559 area, the recovery thesis gets seriously weakened.

今天只做一个判断：BTC 报 78019.93000000，屏幕上的热闹把人往前推，我却冒出一个反常念头：越想立刻追，越该先把等待写下来。
当日价格：BTC 78019.93000000

我的选择：等待。触发条件是明天固定时间看到 BTC 形成明确突破，才结束等待；在条件出现前，不追着突然变热的叙事改方向，也不因为别的币动得快就临时换题材。

今天最容易犯的错，是把「别人都在谈」误读成「自己已经看懂」。涨幅榜和热搜会把注意力切成一小块一小块，眼睛换得很快，理由却没有落脚处。BTC 停在这个记录价，我没法只凭一个数字说它还会往上，也没法因为暂时没看到明显下挫，就顺手补出一个上涨结论。这个空白，我先留着。

等待要有边界。今天我只保留一个问题：明天的固定时间，BTC 能不能给出比当前记录更明确的突破信号。若信号没有出现，不能拿新的热闹来替它补答案；若信号出现，今天的等待也就到了复核点。选择慢半拍，代价是可能错过一段突然加速的波动。这个代价看得见，至少比在情绪最满时临时改口更容易复盘。

我把「想追」先当成情绪，把行动留给能重复检查的条件。前者只说明屏幕很吵，后者才说明判断有边界。现在缺的不是更多币名，也不是一句更大胆的预测，而是明早能不能用同一个标准回看今天。标准越少，记录越不容易被新声音带走。

有时等待会让人觉得自己什么都没做。其实我做的是删掉一个冲动选项：不因为别人讲得热闹，就把自己的判断提前写成结论。BTC 的这个数字暂时只代表今天的记录，不自动代表明天的方向。方向留给下一次检查。

次日复盘：明天 09:30，只看 BTC 是否突破 78019.93000000；一旦突破，今天的等待判断失效。
